Most of you will agree to this crazy question " which came first in life,
the egg or the chicken"

In the context of development, sustainable power triggers development, this
does not work the other way around.
While our policy makers talk about cottage industries, how do these
industries develop when there is no relaible power? Do we want to go back
to the olden days of black smiths?

If our policy makers are serious about JOB CREATION, they need to think 10
times about the necesity and impact electricity can create. May be our
leaders need to invest resious time in comparative development, study
countries economies of of emerging in South East Asia, Brazil, South
Africa, Kenya the next door, etc. what have those people done right?

Today, if anyone in WN region wanted to import a small machinery that uses
power for processing anything or manufacture whatever, this task is simply
impossible. People who tried small industries in the region have failed
miserably because, the don't have power.
Recent events where Arua municipality has been in darkness for months
testify to this fact.

Why do our municipal official still switch power 24 hours when some
government officials visit Arua while the residents are perpetual noctural
animals who have become so immune to darkeness? Don't patients in Hospital
wards deserve 24 hrs electricity?

Aren't we living in a wolrd where some animals are more equal than others?
Please find a copy of "The Animal Farm" and read it again and again.
