But really wonder when these wars will be ending. From 1979 Uganda has never stopped fighting. One of the reasons why the country is not so developed is because a lot of money is wasted on such useless things like wars. Now Uganda can compare with America which is always at war with its "enemies" all over the world. But America is a superpower and has got the resources to fight their wars although we know that in this time of Obama he is paying dearly because by the time he came to power the coffers were eroded by the "sexed up" war in Iraq and then in Afghanistan.... Does Uganda really need wars? Up to today I am still trying to understand the rationale behind Uganda's full embracing of the the war in Somalia...Many of our brothers and sisters died in Congo fighting a dubious war not sanctioned by parliament...hmn!
