Joel, On a lighter note, if WENRECO raises charges by 100%, it is logical that bus fares must follow suit. We are also going to reduce electricity consumption and use of buses by 100%.
I believe the increase in bus fares has been as a result of the ashaming state of under supply that governement is shamelessly trying to defend. A few of you who still use your cars are currently paying between 5000 to 6500 per litre for diesel or petrol. The situation is so bad that I have spent a whoile week at home not reaching our trading village Ishaka. I am now tired of petitions and have resigned to my fate until government effectively kills us.
