Dear all, This man really need to have all his evidence in place. According to wikipedia, the flag was designed by the Minister for Justice Grace Ibingira. So Mr Mateo Nyai Simon has to table good evidence for his claims.
I also wonder why it has taken him all these years to come up with this claim.
