Thanks for the updates, Tabu. This situation looks very volatile. If indeed
Machar is dead as some sources are speculating, I foresee total chaos and a lot
of bloodshed in South Sudan, unfortunately. But we hope for the best.
Thanks.

You're right I was in Rumbek one of the 1st cities in SouthSudan in 2004.
Garang had suspended salva kiir for indiscipline in 2000s: all his military
ranks removed this too provocked his ethic groups in Toni where he comes
from.By then kiir was Walkn he had financial problems even his children in
Nairobi couldn't have tuition. This wasnt seen lightly by his tribemates it
caused civil strive as such the 1st capital in Rumbek.was swifted to Juba as
one of the reasons among others dry spell that couldn't end. Kiir and Garang
made an open peace talk in Rumbek just two months before he's died and he said
if he dies kiir  will take over and he forgave kiir-this wasn't seen good by
dinkas from Nuba mt.and equatorians as been one of the serious fighters of
Khartoum. When Garang died it caused panic who will replace as kiir had been
recently pardoned and todate in aspirations Marchar assumed he is suppose to
replace Garang as he has been more popular than kiir
ie why he marchar. Was accused of double stardard for crossing to khartoum and
Garand refused to choose him, that he could cross to Khartoum and comes back to
SPLM. In short it will take decades for SouthSudan to know life sustainability
. As there is an eye for eye practiced.if u. Kill one. They have to hunt and
kill one ie it.my only concern who pressuring East African community to accept
SouthSudan to join at adolescent stage. Is it cause of dry blood dollars
promises into personal powerful politicians accounts? south Sudan's propoems
are more than ordinary proplems kisirinya shouldn't rash to us for safety and
Democratic party of uganda wrote a letter in monitor requesting uganda to send
UPDFs to SouthSudan. That is risky venture and unwise for a country like uganda
to do.how can you send our professional soldiers to fight ethnic tribes and
cattle keepers
