Dear friends and the West Nile Fraternity, Yet again death has robbed the community of a very invaluable resource in Mr. Alia Valeri who passed on yesterday 3/3/2014 at his residence in Kampala. There will be a funeral service at Mulago parish starting at 3:00pm and thereafter a night vigil at his home in Namuwongo.
