This is an opportunity to work for a growing European Agribusiness company in a position that can hold the company and its staff in harmony whilst balancing the needs of both parties. As the new Human Resource Manager, you would be working closely with the managing Director and be responsible for diligently dealing with staff and labour issues, and all other human resource matters pertaining to the company's operations in Uganda. Because this is a senior position, we are looking for professionals with previous experience combining agribusiness with human resource management. If you recognize yourself in that description, we are looking for you! The key responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager . Oversee all labour issues for the company's operations in Uganda. . Liaise with the Managing Manager and European headquarters on all future recruitment needs for the region. . Work as part of a team of Human Resources professionals based on sites to manage all labour issues closely. . Conduct effective training programs for management to help improve hiring efficiency . Create an effective hiring strategy for the region. Personal Requirements: . A degree in Human Resources Management or similar. . Previous experience within the Agricultural sector is a must. .
