Dear Christine,

I would like to move a vote of thanks to especially you Christine and others
like Dr. Amandua & Charles Draecabo among many (I think Dratibi, the people who
helped in Arua) for this tremendous effort you have put in bringing the issue
of Hep B to light.

I remember when we all started with this effort we never knew how long it takes
to fill some of these gaps in society! Even Dr. Amandua intimated to us about
the struggle with matters of health that sometimes take decades and centuries
to deal with and we wanted it solved in a few months! However practice shows
that resilience with a long term view is the best way forward.

Christine and team, even sharing of such publications adds value, dissemination
to the local community may be another way to add value…

I would like to say keep up the spirit and even if the rewards do not come on
earth, they will surely come in Heaven.

Kind regards

Richard

Subject: [WestNileNet] Hep B WHO treatment guideline

For those interested especially clinicians on this list, WHO has finally
produced Hepatitis B treatment guideline which was released yesterday. It can
help for the time being as Ministry of Health adopts it for the country.

Thanks

Christine
