When the state becomes ones source of self enrichment, the people notice
that despite modest salaries, certain individuals live extravagantly.
Inside the system, each "clique" separately plots from within the different
state institutions. Corruption is no longer an anomaly. Corruption is the
system.
But their vulnerabilities are already identified. The regimes security
services are also suffering from irreparable neglect and the effects of
nepotism. Didn't they vote for change in the barracks?
And even if their vote was therefore also stolen, one can't steal the
consciousness behind it. In fact it becomes more entrenched within.
Decisive action will have to be taken. Including on the investments and
assets of the seniorly corrupt who have always hidden behind the "small
fish" to avoid public accountability.
