funeral arrangements of BISHOP EMERITUS FREDERICK DRANDUA

Dear,

Members of the West Nile Community, friends and the catholic community.

I would like to inform you of the deliberations of yesterday's meeting (an
abridged version) and share the tentative programme for the send-off of
Bishop Emeritus Frederick Drandua. The meeting was Chaired by Dr. Richard
Edema who was sitting in for Dr. Jacinto Amandua.

We have been holding this meetings initially to fundraise for the treatment
of Bishop, however circumstances overtook us and hence the meeting turned
into a burial preparations meeting.

The meeting was informed about the circumstances that led to the death of
the Bishop and a more detailed account will be shared by a technical person,
however in brief it was complications arising from an optimistic bacterial
infection in addition to the already existing ailments that had weakened the
bishop. I pray that we all accept what has befallen us and continue to build
the church just as the Bishop exemplified.

manage the funeral process, in consultation with the central committee in
Arua, as follows;
