OB's you all know the pain we have experienced when we lose our loved one's sometimes when probably we could have contributed to extension of their lives, in this age of increasing non-communicable diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and others such as HIV we need to contribute to the government effort which is not enough of course and call on ourselves to do what we can instead of sitting on the fence and watching as we waste away. We may have been affected, or are living with or even nursing someone with one or more of the above conditions - spending a lot of money on taking our own to faraway places in search of health services, let's take charge NOW!. Gallant OB's this is a non-discriminatory call to all of you to contribute with one heart to this cause, please put forward what you have towards the set-up of the clinic and servicing the ward in Arua Regional Referral Hospital. If you are able to contribute anything this is my advice; Participate in the Palliative Care Association of Uganda - Annual Dinner, December 16, 2016 Hotel Africana 6:00pm (Ticket sales for the cause) Corporate or Group table 1,000,000/= Individual participation in Annual Dinner in Kampala = 100,000/= If you are unable to participate in the above just make an individual contribution of anything from as low as 5,000/= to as high as you can possibly put a side your name will be recorded.
