Agree that it seems very long. From an UI perspective, it is never useful to hide important information behind tabs or drawers. The information has already been split under various subgroups. Those subgroups will be grouped using HTML headings on the website to make each section stand out from the other. But the information needs to be visible on the same page for the use who wants to scroll down.

To improve clarity, we can add a TOC at the beginning.
