javascript: links ?

I have several pages that use javascript for popup
windows....

ie - 

javascript:WinPop('/helpie/helpie_18.xml','300','300','yes','no');


I want to be able to save resulting html in the popup
window -- /helpie/helpie_18.xml file when using wget.

Any ideas/solutions?
