Hi!
Well, here is the promised egd support(we'll
probably have to exchange the whole PRNG initialization with something more
pretty later on(I would like to implement another switch for supplying an own
random-data file...). I can't test it since I don't have access to machines
with both openssl and egd.
The windows compile problem was easy to fix
(windows doesn't know about pid_t).
