If I access a server not on the default port, wget does not write that
port in the name of the directory it creates.  Here is an example:

--13:43:40--  http://www.center.osaka-u.ac.jp:7080/center/contents.html
           => `www.center.osaka-u.ac.jp/center/contents.html'
----
