i would like to use wget to get my lessons table downloaded from my school they are using a Microsoft-IIS/5.0 webserver, i can login to the site using Microsoft internet explorer, and by using mozilla Firebird, but not with Opera or Wget both say Unknown authentication scheme. HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 401 Access Denied Unknown authentication scheme. ********************end of Wget output******************' i type in my password by http://username:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:port it may be causing a problem that my username is composed of Workgroup / username at the school network therefore my username is uvdm\morlau9 but that is not a problem in Mozilla or internet explorer i tried doing the \ in both ASCI and with just \ if you'd like to try it out to connect you can connect to skolenet.ats.dk/protect/ugeplan/default.asp if it lets you type in a username and password, you have gone further than i have.
