Indeed, a single ZIP file would be a good idea.

This way when I look at the page, it takes me quite some time to sort
out exactly what I need to download to run Wget on Windows.

Very interesting.  Still, moving them to a separate page, or to a new
position on the page shouldn't hurt anyone.
