Are you sure of this?  For example, there is no function
`decode_string' in Wget 1.9.1, and username and password are correctly
unescaped by parse_credentials().

Also note that "referer" is not a typo (in Wget), it's the name of an
HTTP header.  The typo exists, but it was made by Fielding et al.
