Hi, during the beta tests for the upcoming SUSE Linux 10.1 release, we found, that wget doesn't properly restart FTP transfers that get interrupted by the server (e.g. because the server process dies).
The full bug report can be found here: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=144410 It also contains the patch I added to our wget package to work around these problems, but I am not sure if it is a proper fix, or if it breaks other things. So, it'd appreciate if you could have a look at my patch, and confirm that it is OK, or -if not- provide me with a better one. :) cu Reinhard
