Help with this url

I have been trying to get wget this url without success:

 

http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ifps/MapClick.php?FcstType=text&textField1=34.03740&textField2=-84.35600&site=ffc&Radius=0&CiTemplate=0&TextType=1

 

When I use wget http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ifps/MapClick.php?FcstType=text&textField1=34.03740&textField2=-84.35600&site=ffc&Radius=0&CiTemplate=0&TextType=1

 

It fails. Is there a way to parse this with wget and save to a short file name?

 

I am new to wget, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
