A user on IRC was frustrated by the fact that Wget cannot be instructed
not to follow redirects to different hosts. And I can see how this could
be a problem for some.

What do people think about an option to restrict redirect-following to
only the approved domains (the original URL's domain, by default)?

And, what do you think about enabling that option by default when
recursive mode is on?
