Yes, the new icons are slightly bigger by default. But they can be resized
right on the map, in Edit mode. And you can use the Zoom capabilities to
move out, so all appear somewhat smaller, too. There are some new
drawing/positioning tools that can help you reposition the items on the map,
too. Maybe you won't have to make a new map, but sounds like you will need
to do some work to it if you have an older one with very tight spacing.

I have Upgraded WUG 5 to WUG 6 (on a test server for the moment), necessary
to use the feature in Web Interface which allows web security per map and i
have some problem with loaded old maps (more than 120 items).
With the new version, icons are surrounded by bigger squares, and this
completely disorganize these types of maps.
Is there a solution for this except to redraw the map ????
Could we for example use icons we had in version 5 ????
