Here is a method to assemble a single log file from the weekly logs
using the report utilities.

The Event report (wugrpt.exe) as well as the Performance Graphs (cstatrpt.exe)
utilities assemble a single file from the weekly logs when they
are executed. You can then copy that file.

Run the report with the appropriate date range and selection criteria.
Both reports can be executed in the UI as well as at the command line.
You can also configure a Recurring Report to run the reports on a periodic
basis.
Here are the files to look for after a report run:
  - Event Data (on a per map basis only): WUGLOGDIR\WUGEvent.log
  - Statistics Data (can contain multiple map data): WUGLOGDIR\wugstatdata.tab
Note: These files are overwritten on each report run.
