Hi Larry,
Try downloading the NT Service Plug-In from the Whatsup Gold site
and then from the WUG console create a custom service for Exchange. I am
monitoring the MTA Service on several servers throughout our wan by following
the above process.

All,
Does anyone have a simple
answer for me? I am using WUG 6.02 and need to monitor Exchange and
Lotus Notes. Can anyone tell me how to setup the custom
services?
I have looked on the support
website. The suggestion for the Notes service does not work and the plug
in for exchange cannot be found anywhere.
