Hi guys, does anyone know if it's possible to send an Alert if a device is up ? ie. should a particular device suddenly respond to say a ping(ICMP) that an e-mail will be sent to me ?
I know in SNMP you can select if the device is up or down depending on the returned value, if it matches, ie. the device is up then it will trigger the Alert, but what if the device does not talk SNMP ? thnx Kevin Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
