Hello, I use What's Up Gold version 6.02 I want to know if it is normal that I didn't receive an alert in this case : Equipment A is monitor 24h/24 and 7d/7 Alert for equipment A is configure for 7:00 AM and 24:00 PM If equipment A is down at 6:00 AM, I don't receive any alert, which is normal, but if it is still down at 7:00 AM, i don't receive an alert notification !
I want to know if it is normal ? And if it is, how I can configure What's up to receive a "recurring" alert, when the alert period begin ? Thank you very much for your help.
