We have several machines with multiple IP addresses and I have encountered something
that may help ya in this area.
I have found that on several of out NT4 Servers I could only map a drive or access a
share by using the Primary IP address for the NIC (by primary IP address I mean the
one that shows up on the main TCP/IP screen (not the ones in the advanced page)).

We have one machine that has a whole Class C assigned to it. I can only map a drive to
it by the primary IP. So I would suggest that you try and find the primary IP for that
box and monitor that IP not the rest.

Hope this helps (if you are still unable to get anything to work let me know and I
will play with our servers to try and get you an answer.)
