    Mike,

    You can use WhatsUp Gold Recurring Notifications to do it.

    1) Create a program notification:
     - Program filename: cstatrpt.exe
     - Working path :(your WUG path)
     - Program arguments: Avail_Month (or any other named report job)
    2) Recurring Notification->Add:
     - Select your program notification.
     - every 1 minutes
     - Check Monday
     - Time of day: between 6:00 and 6:00
