Frank,
The reports list is created dynamically.  Just delete the old files or
directories (html exports). For example:
I have a word report : WEBDIR\reports\Hour_Month_Word.doc
  then delete the file: WEBDIR\reports\Hour_Month_Word.doc
I have an HTML report: WEBDIR\reports\Hour_Month_HTML\
  then delete the directory:WEBDIR\reports\Hour_Month_HTML
These reports will no longer show up in the web interface.
