the problem is now solved. As others seem to have the problem, I can refer them to the message in this thread from Mark Symons. Thanks Mark, it worked. SAPI5 was not installing, I had to remove another program in my case before it would work. Thanks also to Mark Singh of Tech Support, who suggested the same thing.
