If you log out of the box can you still access WUG via the web?

If you can - you still have a service running.

If you cannot - you have the console running, however it is
not showing it's console interface. So a follow on question
is, can you see an instance of the application on the taskbar
(not just in the TaskManager) or can you switch to the application
using Alt-Tab? Or is only visible via the TaskManager?
