Has anyone found a way to pull the interface name from a linkUp/linkDown SNMP trap sent to the WUG console? Currently, there is no notification variable for this.
We need to be able to send IP address, host name, trap name and the interface name on linkUp and linkDown events. I have found notification variables for IP address, host name and trap name. However, we haven't been able to pull out the interface name from the trap other than to dump the SNMP trap text via the %m. This isn't very readable in Winpopup alerts, email or our alphanumeric pagers.
