Did you have to order get the SNMP module or it is free? The only reason I ask is because it seems like that is the only way to do it and I do not see any information on that module, on their web site or on the CD's. I am waiting for a tech to get back with me.

 

Also you mind giving me those OID's?

            I monitor Captaris Fax server for our network, I established custom services that monitor the following:

 

 

RFax Paging

RFax Email Gateway

RFax Board

RFax WorkServer1

RFax WorkServer2

RFax WorkServer3

RFax Server

RFax  Queue

RFax RPC Server

RFax Database

 

No problems have been encountered monitoring the above and has proven handy on a couple of occassions.
