Yeah....its not me going crazy after all. I reported this some time ago to ipswitch but havent got around to trying some their suggested fixes which was basically to uninstall and reinstall making sure that I selected the correct map templates.
My problems are identical to what has been described in this thread. The tech support response is below: *********************************************************************** You reported this issue a while back, where in the webinterface, "whenever you drill down into a device and say add a service, once you click on the submit button you are returned to a page that does not return you to the map view as it did prior to the patch. You have to go all the way back to the top view and then return to the map and device." We have been unable to reproduce this behavior with the standard templates. Could you send your web templates to try and reproduce it? Also do you get the behavior with the default templates?
