Not sure if I am doing this correctly but -- We are looking for a firm that can help us implement the following

 

We are a small company located in Tampa FL.  We would like to implement WhatsUp as our Central Site Alarm Monitoring environment for our essential Site systems.  The alarming equipment is made by RLE  http://www.rletech.com.  We have the SNMP MIB's for the equipment.

 

High Level View

 

We would like to integrate the equipment into a GUI that will allow us to drill down from a map of the US to a state to a site to the alarming device.  We also need WhatsUp to notify us of alarming conditions at the Site proactively.  We would like to have Icons for the Site devices so we can see what state they are in - normal, minor, serious and critical alarm - all of the alarm conditions are provided by SNMP traps.

 

In a second phase we would like add remote control (on, off, reset) of some essential site systems.  Again this would be done through the RLE equipment.
