What I'm trying to do with this setup is this.

I want to have different user groups such as networking, server group,
application group, etc...

Now I can get individual users assigned to different maps just fine,
but instead of just displaying different maps, it would be great to be
able to direct them to a different page altogether (all our users use
the web interface). For instance, when a member of the networking team
or network NOC monitor logs in, instead of displaying the main page in
'server groups', it will only display the routers and switches listed,
and we wouldn't really need services monitored on that page either.
However, if a server admin or monitor logs in, it would display and
notify for cpu/disk space/hardware problems, and the same when a member
of the app team logs in... no need to display hardware problems, only
app problems.

Is there any way to add variables to whatsup? ie: a new one for
<%IS_USER_GROUP_NETWORK%> and <%IS_USER_GROUP_APP%> and so on...

I suppose something like <%IF% (%MATCH% (%USER USER_NAME, networking))>
might work, but we would like to have more than one person in each
group, and it would be more efficient to assign these to a group and not
have to change the .asp in many places when adding a new user.
