Jeff,

This question came up a month back...
http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg07894.html

"In the Map Edit view, Create a new Device in another device gallery such as
"Custom Device Types" with the exact name of "Container" specifying the icon
you want, then use that one."

No body disagreed at the time, so give it try?

Richard

I'm pretty sure that you cannot create new drilldown type icons. You can
modify the existing "container" or subnet ones to suit your needs though.
...Unless I'm wrong....

I'm trying to create a new device type with the same properties (will load
another map) as the Subnet or Container types but using a different icon.
I don't have any problems with creating the icon. I've tried making copies
of both the container and subnet devices but my new copy doesn't give me
the 'map name' field. I don't see anything to differentiate a 'container'
device from a 'host' device from the menu Configure->Device Types->New
dialog properties.

Thank you,
