[WhatsUp Forum] WUP Active Monitors for a server service running

I’ve got an active monitor that looks for the antivirus server running on the servers.  It works on practically all my servers.  I have one set of them though where I only get “Samples still being collected…”   Can anyone give me an idea what I should look for on those servers to enable this to be reported?  (I can connect remotely using computer management and see them running, so I don’t think it’s a rights issue.)     Marty Smith Coordinator, Customer Support Center / Quality Assurance Department of Technology Virginia Beach City Public Schools Ph:  757-263-1994
