FYN is nearly never necessary for humans.  We have the intelligence to
craft search queries and decide which returned result is correct.

What happens in practice is that many of these perfectly intelligent humans ask in email or IRC questions that are clearly answered directly in the relevant documentation. You can lead humans to the documentation, but you can't make 'em read...
