Section 1.9 uses this DOCTYPE twice: <!DOCTYPE HTML>
Unless the intention is to demonstrate case-insensisitivity, which doesn't seem to be the case since that's not otherwise mentioned in this section, I think this should be: <!DOCTYPE html> as section 4.2 of the FAQ recommends. -- Elliotte Rusty Harold elh...@ibiblio.org
