Is there any intention to provide access to Bluetooth devices through the Device element?
We do not really have a clear roadmap for this feature. It very much depends on what web authors and implementors want to do with it. But e.g. external hard drives are being considered and whether that goes over Bluetooth or USB will hopefully be transparent to the API.
