Hello, I was reading https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0513/ and noticed the list of shared libraries a C extension is allowed to link against. If, say I were to create a manylinux1 wheel for librabbitmq, would I have to then statically link to the librabbitmq C library? And similarly for a Python binding to any C library?
