This patch moves all dependency version numbers to one place. I also ran "mvn
dependency:analyze" and found some missing dependencies from child POMs that
I've now added (they were being pulled in indirectly). There are still some to
clean up (related to guava, which is pulled in by jclouds), but this makrs an
improvement as it stands.
