This patch introduces an "integration" profile, which you activate to run
integration tests: "mvn install -Pintegration".
There are two further changes: "mvn site" will now build javadoc; also fixed
invoking mvn from modules (which was broken by WHIRR-77) by having a "package"
profile which is used to build the source distribution at the top-level.
