Have a whirr-hbase-default.properties in src/main/resources, and then build a
composite configuration from the default configuration constructed with {{new
PropertiesConfiguration("whirr-hbase-default.properties")}}. There's some code
in WHIRR-55 to do something similar for Hadoop.
