Jeffrey, preparing a patch for this is trivial. See:

Basically what you need to do is:
- edit {{src/site/confluence/configuration-guide.confluence}}
- build the site on your machine by running {{mvn site}}. You should find the
generated files in {{target/site}}
- upload the generated patch (you can use {{svn diff}})
