Revamp our website, move content into confluence

Our website is currently statically generated using Maven. This is very buggy,
and unstable at best. It also discourages people to add documents to our
documentation. A CMS is preferred and we can use Confluence for this purpose.
All documents should move to confluence, and we should try to find a proper way
of partitioning the wiki into projects. Including a landing place for online
javadocs.
