Get wicket subversion repository indexed by FishEye

It would be great to have Wicket SVN indexed by FishEye, would make searching
the source code much easier and keeping track of changes.

There was a concern that the initial indexing would load the Apache servers so
Upayavira was saying that this should be done with the support of the Apache
infrastucture group
