Any volunteer to backport IHeaderContributor from 2.0 to 1.x?

Header contribution filtering in 1.X is really wrong. We need to
backport IHeaderContributor and stuff, and probably I should do that.
But I can't right now. So I'm just asking - any volunteer? :)
