How does an application developer use Wicket.Drag? Will there be a DraggableBehavior (IBehavior) object?
It is used for the Ajax debug panel. Not sure if Wicket.Drag is used for anything besides that. But there are multiple Wicket-stuff projects that have support for drag and drop.
